Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love what you buy. If something isn't right, here's exactly how returns and refunds work at Pallvex.
1. 7-day return window
Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Look for the "7-day return eligible" badge on the product page — items without this badge are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Return conditions
To be accepted, returned items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Returned in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, accessories, and freebies.
- Accompanied by the original invoice.
3. Non-returnable items
- Personal care, innerwear, and hygiene products (once opened).
- Opened electronics, opened software, and activated devices.
- Perishables, custom / personalised orders, and gift cards.
- Any product marked "Final Sale" on the product page.
4. How to raise a return
- Go to Account → Orders and select the order.
- Click Request return and choose a reason.
- Our team confirms within 24 hours and arranges a reverse pickup where available.
- Pack the item securely — we recommend recording a short packing video.
5. Refund timeline
- Once the returned item reaches our warehouse it is inspected within 48 hours.
- Approved refunds are initiated within 2 business days.
- Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery orders: refunded to your bank account via NEFT within 5–7 business days (we will collect your bank details securely).
6. Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@pallvex.store with your order number, a description, and clear photos / unboxing video. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — including original shipping charges.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, colour, or product, please raise a return and place a new order.
8. Order cancellation
You can cancel an order for free before it is dispatched, from Account → Orders. Once dispatched, treat it as a return under the policy above.
