Shipping Policy

We want you to receive your order quickly, safely, and with full visibility along the way.

1. Dispatch time

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 24–48 business hours of successful payment or COD confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery time

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days from dispatch.
  • Non-metro & tier-2 cities: 5–8 business days from dispatch.
  • Remote pincodes / North-East / islands: 7–12 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or unforeseen events.

3. Shipping charges

Shipping charges (if any) are shown on each product page and again at checkout, before you pay. Some products qualify for free shipping — this is highlighted on the product page.

4. Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email and SMS. You can also track live from Account → Orders. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to activate with the courier.

5. Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout. We cannot re-route orders once handed over to the courier. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional charges may apply).

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on eligible pincodes and eligible products only. A small COD handling fee may apply and will be shown at checkout. Please keep exact change ready for the delivery agent.

7. Damaged or lost shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery or record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours at hello@pallvex.store with your order number and photos. We will investigate with the courier and replace or refund the order.

8. International shipping

We currently ship only within India. International shipping will be announced separately.
