These Terms govern your access to and use of the Pallvex website and services. By creating an account, browsing, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@pallvex.store if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or abuse chargebacks.

3. Products, pricing & availability

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Product descriptions, images, colours, and availability are indicative — slight variation may occur.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, refuse or cancel any order (including after acceptance), and to limit quantities per customer. If we cancel an order that has already been paid, we will refund it in full.

4. Orders & payment

An order is a request to purchase and becomes a contract only when we dispatch the item. Payment is processed by Razorpay; Cash on Delivery is available on eligible pincodes. Failed or reversed payments will lead to order cancellation.

5. Shipping, returns & refunds

Shipping, delivery times, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content on Pallvex — logos, images, text, code, layout — is owned by Pallvex or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without written permission.

7. Prohibited use

You agree not to (a) use the site for any unlawful purpose, (b) attempt to breach security or scrape at scale, (c) place fraudulent orders, or (d) upload harmful code or content in reviews or messages.

8. User reviews

You retain ownership of reviews you post but grant Pallvex a non-exclusive licence to display them on the site. We may moderate, edit, or remove reviews that are abusive, off-topic, or misleading.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pallvex is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
